Kurume

Kurumi is a small plant that grows in Ethiopia. It has small leaves and small fruits. It is famous for its high annual output. There is also a local native coffee species in the Gedeo region, which is similar to Kurumi. Kurumi also performed brilliantly in the Ethiopian Cup of Excellence. Although the tree is not tall and the coffee cherry is not big, it has an amazing flavor. It retains the unique floral aroma of the Guji production area, with small flowers. The aroma has refreshing fruity notes of clear berries and blueberries, with a smooth and clear taste. The finish has some chocolate and honey fruity notes, with rich layers and endless aftertaste.

可如蜜生長在衣索比亞當地的一種小型植物，有小小的葉子及小小的果實，年產量高而聞名，在Gedeo地區還有一種當地原生種咖啡，和可如蜜有著相似的外觀。

而可如蜜也在衣索比亞卓越杯中有亮眼的表現，雖然樹型不高，咖啡櫻桃不大，但卻有著極驚人的風味，它保有谷吉產區特有的花香調，小花香氣，有著澄淨莓果、藍莓的清爽水果調，柔滑清晰的口感，尾韻有些巧克力及蜂蜜水果調，層次豐富令人回味無窮。
