卡門莊園（Carmen Estate Coffee）是巴拿馬最著名的農場之一，已經生產和出口高品質的阿拉比卡咖啡超過50年，在生豆咖啡比賽中取得了一系列的巨大成功，卡門莊園獲得了雨林聯盟的認證，這意味著所有生產的咖啡都遵循可持續農業的持續生態和社會經濟標準。莊園得天獨擁有肥沃的土壤及良好的天然樹蔭，這區域也受到了太平洋和冬季的雙重氣候，氣候涼快，夜間影響沒有霜害的特點還有上乾旱的天氣才能創造出優良的生長條件！由於受惠於火山的黑土壤和良好的排水，使其得以栽種出高品質Catuai，Caturra及Typica品種的阿拉比卡咖啡！

卡門是一個以家族為組織的咖啡莊園，家族長期以提供高品質咖啡及保護環境為經營的本質精神，Carlos Aguilera的祖父母Efrain和Carmen Franceschi在1960年建立莊園且他是第三代經營者。每年都參加巴拿馬精品咖啡杯測會且佔據前5名，在《咖啡評論》的精品組中排名91位。莊園秉承保護生態、昆蟲品種保留、土壤管理、保護自然水資源、廢物管理和生態系統保護。每位採摘咖啡櫻桃的農民接受過精心培訓，只手工採摘熟透且鮮紅櫻桃，未成熟豆保留在樹上等成熟後採摘，在加工處理前就把好關。提供自家加工處理廠的農民及家屬清潔和健康的工作環境和住處。
