Finca La Pila

The Villa de Ville is located in the Guatemala-Frayjanes production area at an altitude of 1,700 meters. The owner of the farm, Rodolfo Garicia, inherited the farm from his father when he was 25 years old. Over the years, he slowly expanded the farm and its production to its current 10 hectares of coffee. The farm currently grows a variety of varieties and performs various treatments.

This batch was sun-dried and fermented for a long time. There is still some sun-tanned pectin on the surface of the green beans. Even if it is lightly roasted, the color will be slightly darker than normal sun roasting. The flavor is slightly sour and sweet with dark fruits, caramel milk and cream smoothness, and the aroma is strong and sweet!

翹鬍子莊園位在瓜地馬拉-弗賴哈內斯產區，海拔 1700 公尺，農場主人-魯道夫·加里西亞 (Rodolfo Garicia) 25 歲時從父親那裡繼承了農場。 多年來，他慢慢地將農場及其產量擴大到目前 10 公頃的咖啡面積。 該農場目前種植各樣的品種並且進行各種處理方法。

此批次是以日曬處理，長時間的的發酵，生豆表面仍留有些曬黑的果膠。即使淺烘焙，色度會比一般的日曬略深。風味上帶點微酸甜深色水果，焦糖牛奶 及奶油的滑順度,香氣強甜感十足!
