Grower’s Reserve (紅標)

紅標批次的原文為 Grower’s Reserve，也就是莊園主保留特選的概念，從競標批

次、金標到紅標批次，都是具有完整的可追溯性，從採收到最後成品，都是單一

獨立的個別批次。紅標批次或許在強度上稍弱金標批次一些，但仍為莊園主所喜

愛，而且都具有瑰夏村的代表性風味，所以莊園主將其命名為 Grower’s Reserve，

可說是品質、價格比例上極為超值的系列，與金標批次相同的是，紅標批次仍屬

於批次量非常少的微批次，僅占莊園總產量的 15%，莊園主每年以 88 分來作為挑

選紅標批次的標準。
