Align the arrow-line mark, turn U-bullet to 90 degree, focus on richness in flavour extraction

(Faster Flow) 

Align the U-Bullet dot-mark with the bottom part arrow-mark, faster flow for more extraction of sweet and sour flavour

(Recommended) 

Pour centrally towards U Bullet to avoid over agitation and blockage.
