這款 哥倫比亞 金迪歐 伊甸園 露斯·海倫娜小農 鮮橘發酵 水洗處理 採用莊園主研究的獨特處理技術，首先，咖啡櫻桃經過手工採摘，並嚴格的熟成度挑選及人手分揀後，就開始加工，進行 48 小時干燥厭氧發酵。發酵期間，將脫水過的柑橘皮，加入厭氧環境中，隨後將咖啡清洗，放置於曬床上並保持環境處於35 °C以下，直到達到理想的水分含量，結果非常出色，經杯測後，入口感受到柑橘精油及鮮撥橘皮，並夾帶著檸檬草、些許香茅及金桔氣息，整體風味鮮明清新!
