Our green bean buyers were deeply impressed by the stunning landscapes and coffee-growing culture of the Tarrazú mountains. In this region, many farming families manage every step of production themselves—from cultivating seedlings and growing coffee trees to harvesting and processing—allowing them to maintain exceptional quality throughout the entire journey.
Located at elevations of 1,700–1,800 meters above sea level, Lambo Estate has over 70 years of coffee-growing heritage. The farm primarily cultivates Catuai and Caturra varieties and is renowned for its meticulous farm management and expertise in honey processing. Selective hand-picking ensures that only fully ripe coffee cherries are harvested, resulting in consistently outstanding quality.
For this lot, the estate employs its signature Black Honey Process. After depulping, a generous amount of mucilage is left on the beans. The coffee is first sun-dried to reduce moisture, then slowly dried to develop greater sweetness and complexity while preserving the fruit character of the coffee.

<藍波莊園> 位於塔拉珠山區1700~1800m間,一個多塔的小鎮,“藍波”本是莊園主的姓式,也因此直接名為藍波莊園,如其名,藍波莊園擁有70年的咖啡經驗傳承,並且擅長咖啡農場管理,以及對於蜜處理可稱得上如其名實力堅強的“藍波莊園”。
<<咖啡園管理>> 如前所述,莊園擁有很好的咖啡傳承,目前主要栽種的以catuai及caturra為主,目前咖啡樹齡約40年,每年都會分區做裁枝修剪,將採收區域做詳細的紀錄做為批號分類,在咖啡完全熟成時才進行採摘,整個咖啡農場都以手工採摘,以掌控最佳品質在肥料使用上面,也盡量使用天然肥料,以保有最健康的咖啡生長條件,莊園地理位置海跋高氣候舒爽,非常適合咖啡栽種,透過良好的莊園管理,每年都能將品質掌控到最佳狀態。
<<經典黑蜜>> 咖啡農場在莊園中以小型去殼機進行脫除咖啡紅色果皮,留住大量果蜜,先進行快速日曬,等到含水量較少時,再以慢速進行黑蜜處理,也因此保留住咖啡果鮮美甜味,入口宛如黑蔗糖水加入蜜李、蜜桃、厚實圓潤的口感,還帶點威士忌酒香,非常感謝咖啡農每顆豆都 VIP照顧,能在遠在世界另一端也享受到這美好的黑蜜。
