來自巴拿馬傳奇產區 波奎特（Boquete） 的經典水洗豆。海拔1,400-1,600公尺的涼爽山區，晨霧像濾網般篩出溫和日照，讓卡杜拉、卡杜艾品種緩慢累積糖分。
水洗處理是風味乾淨的關鍵：去果肉後用山泉水發酵24小時，再以波奎特河谷微風自然乾燥。這道工藝削去雜味，把能量鎖進豆子裡——這才有了「咬破柑橘籽的細緻香氣」和「紅茶涼掉後轉成奶香」的溫柔轉折。
波奎特(Boquete)是巴拿馬最精華的生產區域，是世界上最佳的咖啡生長環境，面加勒比海溫柔多情的海風，背有大西洋嚴冷的夜襲，山高且陡，土壤貧脊，有許多著名”家族經營”的小農場或莊園，生產出與眾不同獨一無二的咖啡，每年巴拿馬BOP都有七成以上的獲獎莊園來自這精美的產區。波奎特咖啡很柔順，酸度均衡度完美，香氣極富特色。 介紹到Boquete產區是巴拿馬名聲最響亮的招牌,除了先天地理位置奪得先機外，乾淨的水源也造就出咖啡豆自然原始的風味.
