🌍 About Sidama Coffee / 西達馬產區

Sidama is one of Ethiopia’s renowned coffee-growing regions in southern Ethiopia.
Located in the highlands of southern Ethiopia, Sidama is known for its diverse coffee-growing areas and traditional Ethiopian heirloom varieties. Coffees from the region are often appreciated for their vibrant acidity, sweetness, floral and fruity aromas.

For Natural-process coffees, the extended contact with the dried coffee cherry can emphasize ripe fruit sweetness, tropical fruit character and a tea-like finish.

西達馬（Sidama）是埃塞俄比亞南部著名的咖啡產區之一。
當地以高海拔咖啡種植環境及傳統 Ethiopian Heirloom 品種聞名。Sidama 咖啡通常具有明亮酸質、清甜感，以及花香與水果風味。

採用**日曬處理法（Natural Process）**的咖啡，在果實乾燥過程中保留更多果肉與果皮的風味，因此通常能呈現更明顯的水果甜感與豐富果香。
